I am a renter and I had asked my landlord about replacing my living room carpet. He told me that he wanted me to go through the Carpet Remnant Store, I was told to go to the location and pick out four different carpets and he would check them out to see if he agreed. My first visit was great. The two men at the counter were very friendly and the showroom was surprisingly clean. I explained what I needed to do and the guy showed me how to check sizes, and gave me some quick tips. He left me alone to just wander and gaze at all the choices. He wasnt following me, yet he was always available if I had questions. All in All the place was great. When I finally had my selections we wrote them ALL down and had them for when my landlord came to choose. By the time he had got to the store, two of my choices had been sold. The guy who first helped me remembered what I had liked, listenend to what the landlord liked and picked out something great. They had it scheduled the first Monday at 8am. The men who installed were at the door right on time, started working right away and had everything done by ten!! They left no mess, they were super fast, and they knew what they were doing! My living room is so nice now and the carpet quality is amazing.
