I went out of my way to Dub Richardson Auto Body at the suggestion of my toyota dealer. I arrived with absolutely no one in the lobby. I was asked what they could do for me, I just need a quick estimate on some touch up work. She rudely asked if I had an appointment. I questioned why I needed an appointment for something that would take 5 minutes or less to give me an estimate. She claimed it was policy. I walked out saying nevermind, I will find someone who wants my business.
Pros: haven't found one
Cons: must have an appointment just to get an estimate
