My boyfriend bought a 08 dr 650 and the extended 5 yr warantee from these guys The bike has always been serviced thru scmc and keep in mind the bike is LESS than 2 yrs old and well taken care of etc.... The 3rd gearblew out took it to the shop for repair only to find out the warantee is pretty much worthless because it will cost $5400 to rebuild the motor, $400 more than the cost of the bike and the warrantee only will pay $4000 and total out the bike...Suzuki knew of the issue with the gear and even changed the part #, and even though SCMC is an authorized suzuki service shop and dealer they say there isw nothing they can do....YES THERE IS...DONT BE SO GREEDY...WE ALL KNOW THERE ARE MORE COST EFFECTIVE WAYS, GOOD BOLTS DO NOT HAVE TO BE BRAND NEW, IM JUST A GIRL AND EVEN I KNOW BETTER!!! Rumor has it that when the owner was still Dick Allen that folks would come from miles to buy their bikes from him and his crew He was trusted and honest with sales and service and didnt start fast talking you when it came to warrantees...Gone to Hell since that new guy took over ... \r
Pros: none..Poor biz ethics, shady dealings..worthless warrantees
