I went to Tiffany in Bal Harbour, Fl to pick out a nice gift for a wedding. While I was able to purchase the gift quickly and easily that was the only thing quick and easy about this experience. I had the gift mailed to its recipient in NYC, and the gift should have arrived on the 7th. Come the 11th I called Tiffany to see where the package was and they could not even locate my item! They had no idea where it was and it took 4 customer reps and 3 days to find the package. They then took more time to send it and of course it didn't arrive on time and I looked like an idiot. I would not use them again, for ANYTHING. I had to explain the entire situation to the same customer service reps (4 of them ) each time as they kept forgetting what was going on. I asked them to call me back to follow-up, but didn't receive any calls. Tiffany did not even bother comping me a shipping fee. Nothing. The service was terrible, they ruined my gift and took forever to deliver. Oh, and it ended up being the sales persons fault at the Bal Harbour location. She didn't send the factory my order on time, and then the factory took 5 days to process my order and the entire order was marked incomplete - for a reason I do not know because no one called me back and explained it to me. Do not make the mistake I did by shopping here, it was terrible they will ruin your order. I should have bought a vase from ROSS they would have done a better job. Tiffany sucks! PS- the package STILL hasnt arrived (this is 16 days after I ordered it! I was promised it would arrive in 3-5 days. Nice job Tiffany!) Cons: EVERYTHING more
