The person estimating the job was late for the appointment, and was not the person whose name had been provided when I made the appointment. After indicating that he would send an estimate by e-mail within five days, I had to call three times. The estimate arrived two weeks late, and was three times the next highest estimate. I won't call them again.

We would like to start by apologizing for not being able to send our contracting manager out to your home as originally planned. The person scheduled to come out and meet you went home sick that morning which caused us to adjust the schedule and send our Carpentry Foreman out to you so that we could avoid having to reschedule. Our carpentry foreman spoke with you a couple times, within the two week period, letting you know that he was having difficulties finding the flooring that you have and this caused a longer than usual response time with our proposal. We value the feedback of our customers, both positive and negative, and will use it to know what we are doing well and what we can improve.
