My experience with Tri-City Appliance was the worst service I ever received and they were recommended by Thermador. They said the trun-around time for my oven part was 4-6 weeks when in fact I discovered should only be 7-10 days. Then, they forgot to send my part out for the repair and they held it for 13 days with nothing but a ""sorry."" Their inexperienced help sent my part back to me and thank goodness they refunded my service charge. Needless to say, after 15 days, I finally sent my own part in to be serviced and have found another appliance repair from Thermador.
