Generally we eat at Tupelo's, which is always AAA+++, however this day we decided to try something new. When we arrived, the restaurant was sparcely populated, but we given a table in the furthest corner and right next to the rest room. We patiently waited for our service to come introduce himself and let us know what treats we in-store. When he FINALLY graced us, he was abrupt and seemed a little too busy for us, altho again there we few patrons currently there. He gave us menus and rushed off not even taking a drink order. When we finally got his attention, my companion requested a drink and he rushed off again, never asking me if I prefered anythiing. When he came back we placed our order, and off he trotted. He never explained the menu (as we watched him do so well at another of his tables) or showed any care that our patronage was of value to him, nor did he do anything to try to enhance our experience. When we recieved he have-heartedly inquired if we needed anything and seemed put-off when we requested some salt and pepper. after obliging, he rushed off again... only to return after my companion beckoned, requesting another beverage. Again to my chagrin, he neglected to inquire of my desires. Certainly he'd think to bring some water for my empty glass, or ask if everthing was alright... Since I hadn't touched my food as I was extremely dissatisfied by now and no longer had an appetite. \r
About five minutes someone came to our table reached across me (his arm in my face), over my food and took my water glass to fill it. He returned my glass (reaching again aross my face and food ) and left.\r
I trust this was just a bad day for our waiter and understand we all have them, but am disappointed that this is our only flavor of Pancuito.\r
