ANL was hired to fix our AC. The first day they were supposed to come between 3-6 and they never showed, the second time they came a half hour after the scheduled time, the third time they came right on the nose of the last minute of the scheduled time. They supposedly fixed it but three days later when we turned on the AC, it was not working again. We scheduled another day, taking another day off of work, and he never showed again, this has now happened two more times and we have ended the relationship calling another HVAC company. The cell phone of the person doing the work is always full so you cannot leave a message and they never call to advise they will be late or show up at all. Good luck if you are stuck using them. AHS (American Home Shield) should be ashamed having them on their list of contractors and they are no longer part of ServiceMagic so I can just imagine that others might have had the same problems. I had to give one star since this makes you pick a rating but they should have none.
