I will update pending the resolution of the issues, but all in all a horrible experience. Hired them for a move and shipment of goods internationally.
The quote and what was charged was very different and am still waiting for a refund of the difference (18 months later).
The house was left dirty with 30+ rolls of tape and scraps all over the house and yard. The door had been removed to take the fridge out, but was not put back on. There was a huge ding left in the wooden floors due to the improper moving of fridge. Goods that were set aside to NOT be packed, were packed and goods were not separated correctly so what was shipped and what went to storage were not correct. I am living international now and will not have those boxes until I move back.
I haven't had to opportunity to unpack my goods so cannot discuss that portion, but am horrified to see what may be broken when it is all said and done.
