We have some warranty work that needs done and have called him over and over with no response. Finally after I left a forceful message, he called back scheduling a time to come. He didn't show up for the time and didn't call to let me know that he wasn't coming. This is the second time he's done this to us. If it weren't warranty work, we'd call another roofer to do the job. If his lack of response continues, we will have to call someone else.\r

Do not use this roofer if you desire a professional business partnership. If you need someone to call you back and do the promised work, do not call him. Find anyone else.
