I took my cookapoo in to get groomed. I told them I did not want her shaved, they showed me a dog getting groomed and asked if that length would be ok. I said yes and left. I came back and to my horror my dog was completley shaved, everywhere!!!!! She looked like an overgrown rat, it was horrible! When I talked with them about specifically asking not for my dog to be shaved and what about the length of the dog they show me, they told me that the other dog had about a months growth on him! They should have told me! I WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG THERE AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU! They should have called me to pick up my dog if they could not properly cut her! When I complained about how upset I was, they told me just not to bring my dog there anymore! HORRIBLE SERVICE!
