As an owner of an Eric Chafin home in Yorkshire Estates,I can tell you that the home has some nice features, HOWEVER the drywall in my home was installed improperly and poorly with seam tape coming apart and nails pushing through after only 4 years from final build date. I have more than 19 nails pushing through my drywall in the master bath ceiling/walls alone. My neighbors have similar problems with their homes. Nails should NEVER be used to hang drywall, only sheet rock screws!! POOR POOR POOR build quality. I expect more from a $200k+ home.
