I bought a Lexus IS250 from Bourne's a couple of months ago. The car has been good so far. It isn't perfect but wasn't priced like it was perfect either. I think the price was pretty good. However I was initially told I would be financed at 3.9%. When I went to pick it up, it was 4.9%. They charged me Mass sales tax (I live in Maine) and told me I could apply to Mass to get back the difference. This was I lie. I just got a denial back from Mass today. The salesman I initially dealt with was rather rude and moody, especially over the phone. Maybe I should have gone with my instincts and told him what to do with the sale. So I ended up with a decent car at a decent price, but came away frustrated at the misrepresentations, lies, and surprise charges when I went to sign the paperwork and pick up the car.
Pros: good price, decent vehicle
Cons: lies, misrepresentations, surprise charges, rude salesman
