We left our harness and leash, (the retractable kind) with our dog and expected to get it at pick up, we were told that they did not have it at pick up but would call us when they found it, three days later we called and they said they would look and call us, then we called again, we were told the owner would call in an hour, we never recieved a return phone call again, last but not least, they acknowledged it was lost, when I ask what they were going to do about it, as the cost to replace them was about $30, they said the owner would call us, we have recieved no phone calls, nor any apologies, our dog smelled of feces upon pick up, this place is for sale, be careful what you leave there, including your pets!!!!!
