I purchased a large amount of meat from Granzin's; and was disappointed in the quality of the Pork and Beef products. Pork chops, which were thick cut and looked very good, were flavorless and dry no matter how they were prepared. The ""country ribs"" were horrible; mostly bone, gristle, and fat. The New York steak was poorly marbled, fatty, and again lacked flavor. The peppered bacon was good but not any better than purchased in a chain store. Very good shrimp (very large), jerky, sausage, and other specialties, but their cut meats leave a lot to be desired.
