One star is too kind I think. I was a customer of Guaranty since 1989 and had been very happy with the service I recieved. It only took 4 months with this Spainish owned piece of crap to change that. Their check card is a bear trap by design! They recently hit me with 4 NSF/ $156 because THEY WEIGHTED WITHDRAWLS BEFORE DEPOSITS FOR THE SAME BUSINESS DAY!!!!!! Customer service was a joke! Renee told me that as service to me she would refund one fee. BEWARE this company! Go to Wells Fargo, I did.
