I had BFP install a my kitchen faucet. The tech was very punctual and got the faucet in very quickly. He took away the old faucet with the box that the new faucet came in. Two days later the faucet started to leak. I called them to come back. The tech seemed irritated that he had to return to our house. In three seconds he determined that the faucet was defective and that he would charge us full price to install another. I called the owner and asked if he would meet me half way on the installation of another. I am not a plumber still I wonder why the tech couldn't determine that the faucet was bad when he installed it. He took away the box that the faucet came in so I could not return the faucet. The owner would not sympathize and was completely unwilling to compromise. Maybe they concentrate so much on being on time that their quality and customer service suffers. more
