A few collegues and I went to the Omelet House for lunch. We decided since their portions are huge to share a salad. Some members of our group had appetizers, soup, and sandwhiches. After I paid the bill one of our group noticed a hair in her salad, the waitress came over and immediately noticed it as well. She kept the change and left our table. Returning to our table was a poorly dressed man with the plate in his hand. He immediately started to accuse the person of eating the salad and then ""found"" the hair. He was very rude in his manner and approach, he identified himself as the owner. She immediately stopped him and informed him that we were not looking for a ""free"" meal in fact we had already paid the bill. We wanted to ensure that all health codes were followed and maybe he should check the kitchen employees for hairnets. He again became loud and abrasive and left our table. The poor waitress was mortified and apologized profusely for her boss. It is unfortunate that he could single handedly ruin our experience. He obviously has no business in the service industry nor does he posess any professional customer service skills.
Cons: Rude Owner
