Yesterday I was unfortunately in need of a tow to bring my vehicle from Durham to my home in Apex. I called multiple companies, and if I could manage to get a quote out of them over the phone, either the quotes were sky-high, or their phone skills (actually, lack thereof) made me think twice about dealing with a company that didn't care about first impressions on potential new customers.\r
When I called Imperial, I was greeted cheerfully, put on hold for a few seconds, and given a quote. It was approximately half of the cost of the other companies that had quoted prices for me.\r
The driver, Scott, arrived quickly, and everything went smootly. \r
If I ever need to utilize towing services in the future (which, frankly, I hope will not happen!), I will surely call Imperial first.
