Been a fan for a LONG time, finally made myself ok with the fact that the service is inconsistent. Management is SINCERE and goes above and beyond when a bonehead server ""ruins"" the night. They really CAN'T ruin it...the food works, the margs rock.\r

I have spent literally thousands of dollars in this place with friends, family, and business associates in the last few years. \r

Be assertive, you'll get what you pay for. Come often enough to ""adopt"" a server, and tip well. It's worth it!
Pros: Margs kick butt, usually not a long wait
Cons: Mostly college staff, not consistent
