They took a great small botique gym and turned it into a big warehouse facility with no concern for the working condition or cleanliness of the equipment. They gave a promise to upgrade an bankrupt Impact Gym facility which shows no signs of progress and the staff and client base are kept in the dark. Not the customer service that you would expect from their marketing. Keep it up and it will be a loosing proposition like Impact!
