I was called by team makena prior to a surgery that I had, being a cash paying customer they needed my approval prior to shipping or ordering my cold therpy unit. Once the unit showed up I was told the price was $100 more then the orignal quote. When I confronted the owner he told me that the person who sold me the unit was new and that he could not do anything about that. Basically to deal with it, so that is what I am doing. If you dont mind being "" bait and switched"" then this is the place for you.
