If you purchase a used appliance from this store be sure to purchase their in home warranty. Their free 6 month warranty means that you have to haul the dryer back to the warehouse for them to fix it and then haul it back to your home yourself. Be sure to purchase their in home warranty if you buy used. The warranty negates any savings in buying used. You really dont know what you are getting until it is installed at your home and using it.\r

I bought both a washer and a dryer this week.. Both refurbished. The washing machine works like a dream, but the dryer is another story. They delivered both on Monday. I immediately started a load of clothes. The dryer took 2 hours to dry a small load of clothes. \r

Disappointed, I went back to Giant and told them that I wanted to trade up the dryer that I purchased yesterday. They do not offer refunds, only store credit. The salesman that sold me the washer and dryer the day before ""no longer works for the company"" so I was working with this female, she never offered her name, nor was it listed on the invoice. She was rude, unprofessional and tried to charge me for items that were free the day before. When I objected to paying for another cord and vent hose she \r
went on to say that it was ""company policy"" that these things be new. \r

I bought a new dryer (same price as Best Buy and Sears were charging for the dryer) to bypass their in house warranty charge, and being new there have not been any issues with it.\r

The delivery men are wonderful. They were polite, fast and efficient. \r
\r
Just beware when working with them.\r
