Come hungry and with friends (especially the ones who've got ish with gluten) so you can try at least two kinds of pies. I was here yesterday with a group of five, and we ordered three pizzas: Margherita (gluten-free), Farm Fresh, and good old fashioned mushroom. There was nothing left to take home at the end of our meal.
This pizza is GOOD. The crust is thin, the cheese is just the right amount, and the veggies are crisp. The Farm Fresh (which I strongly recommend you order) was piled on with an assortment of veggies that, put together, made for a surge of incredible flavor that will have you wondering what chemicals you need in order to start growing veggies this tasty. But here's the thing: these bad boys are organic. All the ingredients at Stone Hearth are organic, and, when they can get it, locally grown and produced.
To supplement an awesome food menu, they've also got a decent selection of beer, including the locally brewed Pretty Things in 22 oz. bottles. A friend and I split PT's spring seasonal brew, Fluffy White Rabbits, a hoppy tripel with a kick of citrusy goodness. I definitely recommend a bottle of this to go with your pizza.
So you've got your check list: Come hungry, come with friends, order the Farm Fresh, devour it, and wash it down with Fluffy White Rabbits. Then, commence food and beer coma.
Pros: Fresh veggies, thin crust, knowledgeable staff
Cons: Space is a bit small for parties larger than six
