Well when I read Ryker's comments I felt like it was my husband writing the review as we had the same results just recently. However we did finally get our mower back after 6 weeks...and fixed at that, but at double the price we were quoted. Same circumstances, confrontations...the owner actually walked away from me when I was talking to him...I was just telling him the black mold that is growing in his lobby/check out area is unsafe for him and his employee's. Said he bought it that way......so you not gonna fix it? Everytime we went in to pick it up we got the run around.........price was higher than quoted......never returned calls like they said they would. Spend the money and go somewhere else unless you don't care!
