Just finished their 7 day plan. All the great reviews they've gotten must be fake because there's no way this program should get more than 2 stars. The food was really dry and bland - no spices or sauces are used. I understand that losing weight is about portion control but eating less is a lot easier when you are satisfied with what little they give you. At the end of the day, I was neither full (hence the weight loss) nor were my taste buds satisfied from the food. I agree with a previous review that they load you up on the vegetables. Expect a lot of salads. My advice - skip this program - just eat smaller portions and add some vegetables to your diet. Also, see this website:
