I am at the end of my 9th day on the diet. So far, I have lost 9.4 pounds. I signed up for a month, so who knows what awaits!
I love the oatmeal with baked apple and the similar oatmeal with compote - each slightly different but each very filling and quite delicious. I love the crab meat salad! I love the little snack with mozzarella cheese. I love the coffee (I think it was coffee) mousse! I could go on but don't want to bore you.
The only thing I don't like at all is the dependence on fat free yoghurt on a couple of snacks. Perhaps they could use plain Greek style instead?
The portions are quite small as noted by others. But as you get used to it, they seem larger. And hey, the point is to eat better and LOSE WEIGHT! And vegetables are good for you!
I am using up savings to be on this diet, and it is worth it.
Pros: I'm losing weight!
