Don't be fooled by the photos on their website. What they deliver is far different. Portion sizes are tiny. If you don't like veggies, you'll be screwed. About 75% of the food they serve is veggies. Each day, you get breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks (a mid-day snack & a dessert snack). Typical breakfast is a small (1-egg?) omelette. Typical lunch is some sort of salad. Mid-day snack is usually something small with vegetables. Dinner is a small piece of fish or chicken with a lot more vegetables. Dessert is very, very dry piece of cake where the only edible part is the frosting. If you only eat what they give you, you will most likely lose weight because it is so little food. However, the food is so bland that you will most likely have to go out and eat other food, which would defeat the purpose of paying all this money for such a terrible diet. I highly suspect all the positive reviews are fakes.
Pros: Heathy, I guess would be the only positive
Cons: Tasteless, Too much veggies, Tiny portion sizes
