While stopping at the drive thru for mid-morning meal - I had to wait over 5 minutes for a cup of coffee and chicken salad on a bagel. The chicken salad was sour - bagel very hard and I observed the attendant pick my cup out of the trash not even rinse it and fill it with my coffee. EWWWWWWW.
