I rented my three bedroom unit for the rate of $1675.00 only to have a rental special come up two weeks later at $1385.00. This just happened, I moved in on March 26, 2010. The $1385.00 special was avail in April. They won't negotiate my rent but you the prospective tenant should know that you can. I was told that I would be contacted by someone from corporate but no-one has contacted me. My advise is this ""Buyer beware"" plus staff honesty is in question they clearly failed to advise me of the move in special...
Pros: Do not pay posted rent, price is negotiable
Cons: I signed contract without negotiating best price..
