We used this contractor in the fall of 2009 to replace our roof and repair/ paint the inside drywall and ceiling which had water damage. Throughout the process, they were unprofessional. They did not return calls or complete work in a timely manner. Three months later, we noticed spotting on our ceiling again. Rather than evaluating the new problem themselves, they sent a sub contractor that determined there was not new damage but that the first painting job had been done so poorly that the damage was simply visible again. Since then, we have made several attempts to contact Doc Keys to get the problem resolved, including a certified letter and have had no response.
Pros: none- zero stars was not an option
Cons: unprofessional, poor workmanship, unreliable
