After reading three of the other reviews left by obviously unsatisfied customers, I can say I completely agree with all three post to the ""T"". The two females at the front counter, ""Customer Service"" offered no help, no direction, and one literally made me wait 15 minutes to offer me any customer service while she twiddled around behind her counter with bags and organizing items. Her response after having me wait at the counter, was ""Have you been helped."" when I told her I hadn't and inquired about a curtain item, she then replied verbatim ""I don't think we have that."" not I'll ask, I'll look around and then she went back to twiddling behind her counter. I was pretty much fed up, with the 45 minute wait I had trying to find curtain equipment that I decided to checkout with a few hundred dollars worth of merchandise (way over priced). The cashier was more occupied with her personal conversation on the phone and once again I had to wait 10 minutes or so just to check out. Not once was I offered a smile, a thank you, a come again, or even any sign of gratitude from the staff. An elder gentleman behind the ammo case was the only one willing to actually show me anything, or suggest anything to me. The staff offered no knowledge on anything they sold and I suggest anyone looking for police, or security equipment that they shop online, Ranger Joe's offers fast speedy customer service with feed back. You'll find better marked prices and better results online or at Blue star (which is smaller) but the staff is way more helpful and supportive. Pros: Their is NOTHING!!!
