I was impressed initially with their very friendly non-pressure approach. I made it very clear what I needed financially, and was reassured that would be met. I was told about discounts and rebates but not in the true context. I was mislead about the MSRP. This all came out at the moment I was to sign papers, when I questioned it,,there was a lot of number shifting to try to explain. When I left, I ended up paying more than MSRP, did not get the rebates promised and even more disturbing payed more cash down that left me unable to purchase a car for my daughter. They were told of my needs and expectations and promised it would work. I left with the car, signed with my credit union after the fact and in the end I payed more than needed and now have to find a way to get an additonal car with out the resources I needed.
Pros: Nice, tries to connect to buyer
Cons: Dishonest and misleading
