Initially we believed everything was being taken care of, although after unfortunate interactions on the phone we are reluctant to return for any further confrontation re: incomplete repairs. In person, staff was very pleasent. The faciclity was clean and the accomidations were nice.

Sounds like you have some concerns with the repair. We have tried calling several times to find out what we can do to remedy the situation. We urge you to please call or stop in so we can resolve any concerns or issues you may have. I am the owner and you can call and ask for Bill and I would be happy to work with you directly to resolve any repair issues. Also if you would like we will offer a free interior detail if you found the vehicle to still be dirty when you picked it up. Again please contact or call us back so we can resolve any issues you may have. Also if you are busy and would like us to pick up and deliver your vehicle at your office or home i can set that up for you.
