I ordered an incubator from this company online and didn't recieve it right away. I called and they realized they had missed the order comment that I needed it immediately. They admitted their error, gave me a much better deal, a much better incubator and shipped it overnight. I got it the next day. There are very few companies remaining that will do this for their customers. When I called, there were real people who answered the phone - not some long, drawn out, frustrating menu where you get nowhere and at the end you have to leave a message- not at all. In fact these were very caring, considerate, nice people, concerned about their customers. They handled the problem better than expected and are to be commended for it.
