Laredo's in Rosemont is absolutely nasty. The food was cold, the guac cart (a good thing there) was not available - although it WAS sitting out, and the service ... well let's just say there was none. When we tried to speak to the manager regarding the guac cart, he actually didnt bother to look at us and slinked away. never again!
