Food is pretty good, but not a true deli in that it doesn't have a wide variety of selection. I had the California Club and it was fresh and the sprouts were nice and crispy. The only drawback is that we waited at the counter while the cashier went to service a table. That's fine and she was actually quite polite, but the whole time we were waiting - a good few minutes - a manager of some sort was actually standing behind us jabber jawing with a co-worker! Totally unacceptable. They menu us expensive enough to dictate better service than that.
