I asked the bookseller a question about a book I wanted to purchase because it was written by a friend who had recently passed away. The seller responded with the answer, but noted that the answer had been obvious. When I told him he was being rude, he said I had problems, that he hadn't been rude, and that, again, the answer had been obvious. I argued with him a moment before he told me that the book was 'cheesy' anyway, and that I should just go to Amazon. Pros: NA Cons: Rude more
