We recently discovered Carmines and returned two days later it was so good. Can't say enough good about it. Very fair prices. And one of my favorite pasta dishes is not found in most Italian restaurants, but Carmines has it, and it is as good there as any place I have ever found it - Spaghetti Putanesca. If you love capers, you will love this, I promise. And Carmine's has just opened another restaurant in Ocala, Cafe Bacci. It has the same menu and is as good. It's just off Silver Springs Blvd. on East Third Street.
