Just fantastic. I have been to every type of salon, from my uncle's neighborhood barbershop as a kid and teenager to higher end Beverly Hills salons when I lived in LA. Have never really had a great cut around here for years. Just found Cappella's recently. Erin was fantastic. I'm a ""no frills"" kind of guy (wash and wear hair, minimal to no product [why bother or spend the money?]). I also usually am not conversational during a haircut (like I may say 4 or 5 words!). Erin had me chatting about all kinds of stuff in no time, and I felt right at home. She looked at pictures that I (OK, my wife) had me bring in of styles that she liked; Erin let me know which ones just weren't gonna happen, and how much time / product/ styling / upkeep that each would take. The cut was great, really went with my hairs natural flow. She also let me know what was going on in each step and why, as in how to blow dry and style my hair in 5 minutes, etc. At the end, she did NOT push any products on me. I literally had to ask what she has used and if I needed to use it. I then bought 3 products, all at GREAT prices (I'm generally someone who thinks that paying $ 30.00 for shampoo is ridiculous; all 3 products set me back just a little more than that). So, in my final opinion, this was someone who really cares about how you want to look, will show you what is realistic, work with your hair, give you some skills to use at home, do it with a smile and a great attitude, and really give you value for your money. I would recommend Cappella's unconditionally to anyone - it will give you a whole new perspective on your haircut. I rate this salon (and Erin) 10 out of 5 stars!!!
