I took two pairs of fairly expensive pumps to this guy a week before Easter. He told me he would have them re-tapped in a week. When I went back in, he rudely told me he had a family emergency and didn't have them ready. I went in two weeks later and he still didn't have them completed.
Cons: Went out of business with my shoes!
