Charlie (Nerd 2) Arrived on time and ready to get to the job at hand. He was knowledgable, polite, and did what was needed to clean up our computer. I am completely, totally, computer illiterate and he was patient and kind to answer all my stupid questions, explaining everything as he went. I was able to tell him what trouble I was experiencing, he was able to understand and fix it. I highly recomend them.
