This place is horrible! The only thing I regret is not being able to give them a ZERO star review. I have to highlight at least one. They are getting a star they do not even deserve! Trying to get an answer for any type of job that falls outside of their standard low quality day to day operation, is pretty much impossible. Nobody seems to know anything about printing unless it is a simple, standard, 4 color job. Go somewhere else if you want to save yourself from wanting to jump off a cliff.
