officer refused to look at my paperwork that he clearly should have recognized but in the interest of making quota he wrote ticket in hopes i would not appear or be late to court and generate revenue for city court with a late contempt charge however ticket was reluctantly thrown out in court yet i still had to wait in court for 4 hours and miss a day of work in order to handle ticket and show court same paperwork i showed officer that wrote ticket
police hide and ticket drivers for numerous petty offenses making it hard to do business in the city as one is fear full of driving in Riverdale
