I found an expensive but beautiful selection of dresses at Abella Bridal. I spent the about $1000 for the dress and another $300 on alterations. I had to leave Provo before the cleaning was finished so I made arrangements to have the dress carefully transported to California. When the dress arrived 24 hours after it left the shop in UT, I took it out of the bag it was transported in and immediately noticed: 1) A large burn mark on the lace, 2) Hairs, lint, dust, and random colored threads all over the dress., 3) Frayed threads that needed attention, 4) Smudges across the front of my dress. Naturally, I called Abella Bridal to make a complaint. Abella Bridal blamed the condition of the dress on me, refused to discount the dress or even contribute to the cost of a re-cleaning, & when I spoke with the general manager, she hung up on me. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are less than professional and will not cooperate with you after make your purchase.
