I called to ask if they deliver and the manager Merrill said fine based on where I lived though the tone of his voice sounded like he a didn't want to deal with me. Then when I started to place my order for a small pizza, he stopped me and said there is a 15.00 minimum before I could even finish. Then he rudely cut me off mid-sentence and said I'll put you on hold while you make up your mind. I got disconnected and then when I called back he didn't answer the phone. Finally a nice sales associate answered and began to take my order. I asked to speak with Merrill again figuring he was some young kid that didn't care about his job and was shocked to learn he was the owner. I told him he was rude and that it was poor customer service and said fine, thanks for telling me in another rude tone and then hung up. I am shocked by the way I was treated since I am the type of person that tries to be as sweet as possible to everyone. It is unfortunate that he felt he needed to treat a customer in such a manner.
