I have used Infinity moving 3 times. My apartment offered free moving with a different moving company but I decided to pay for my move and go with Infinity. They showed up 5 minutes earlier than scheduled and treated everything with care. I accidentally left a box in the closet of my old apartment and thought it got misplaced and they went out of their way to contact the other resident that moved in just in case the box got mixed up. They stayed on top of it and even went to the resident's house to see if they had the box. The mixup was my fault but they were understanding and very concerned that I found my box. This is by far the best customer service I have ever experienced and hands down the best moving company. I will use them every time I move!
