I would never use Leslies for a pool service again. They were great until they got their full payment and then they were impossible to reach when their installation had problems.
A piece they installed didn't function properly and every time I called they apologized and said they would take care of it and never did. They manager even promised to come out to my house and repair it himself then never showed up.
I finally had to call another pool company to fix the problem Leslie's created.
Cons: Worst service ever
