Awful doesn't even begin to describe my experience with this company. Dishonest, disorganized, difficult to work with, and rude. I actually had a customer service agent hang up on me when she realized that the company wasn't going to be able to deliver as promised. Unacceptable. Take your business ANYWHERE but here. Worst experince with a freight company ever, hands down.
Pros: None!!
Cons: Dishonest, RUDE, Not dependable/Responsible, Horrible!
