I must tell you that I am less than pleased with the professionalism of your company. You were supposed to install 35 feet of gutter and set up 1 down spout. My husband and I knew that the newly installed gutter was dripping and then quickly realized your people did not drill the hole and attach the 1 down spout. When we called to have the problem corrected and were given the run around for three days. At that point, a person (who did not come to the door nor introduce himself) showed up at the house, cut out the down spout and threw the excess metal in my front flower bed and left.
